removing trunk

removing trunk

sooo i think im gunna remove my trunk jsut to see how it looks.. if i do once i remove the adhesive is it ok to put the trunk back on? or should i use some 3m tape or something?

I've never done it, but I don't see a reason why not. Its just the 4 bolts I believe...

Yeah, 2 bolts on each side that you undo from inside the trunk. I took mine off of my SS recently and it was a pain. They use a really strong adhesive to hold it on.

I decided to put mine back on cause it was scratched up around the outline of the spoiler from dirt getting under it. I ended up using silicone to stick it back on, because with only the bolts it flops around a lot.
