You are going to need to get a Bixenon projector to give you both the high beam and low beam. A few of the good options out there are:

-Infiniti G35
-Infiniti FX35
-Acura TL with ZKW-R lenses from The Retrofit Source.com
-The Retrofit Source.com FX-R

Those are the few good ones that are out there. I have a set of G35 projectors for sale for $110.00 shipped or $125.00 shipped with OEM Phillips 85122+ bulbs that come in the projectors, let me know if you want them. Here are a few retrofits that I have done.

Those are G35 projectors.

Those are also G35 projectors.

Those are the ones that I built for my car now which are Acura TL projectors with the ZKW-R lenses. Those are the biggest bixenon projectors out there and are not very easy to fit in the headlights, but have one of the best outputs and it can be done.

What did you use to fill in the reflector space?

I vacuum formed acrylic over the reflector and projector once it is all mounted in place. I made a homemade table to do the vacuum forming and heat the plastic in the oven. That is what I used on all of them and then painted to match my scheme. Looks ten times better then just a shroud in my opinion.

The FXR projectors are great and easier to fit in than the TL's and output is about the same. I have had both on my car.

I have thought about doing vacuum forming but really dont know much about it, can you explain BLK08SS/TC pm me if you would like. I know you can make a table and hook up a shop vac to it to suck the plastic down onto the form but where do you get the plastic and how do you go about heating it up.
