Retrofits + HIDs

Finally got all the kinks worked out. Here are a few shots from earlier today when I first got them all done.

Whatcha think?

HIDs are 6000K bought from Mkulrey13/BuyHIDs.com.

I'll get some shots of the cutoff tomorrow once I get everything lined up all nice. I can't wait to get my CP adjusted so I can lower my hood back down and have the body lines all nice and tight all the way around the lights.

what hids do u have in the fogs?

6000k in headlights and fogs. I think the fog lights look blue/green because of the body color

I've actually been driving around on just fogs for about a month. This is because I first had a bad ballast which was promptly replaced by the seller with no fuss

Then I found out that the original ballast had caused the bulb to short so I bought a new pair of those and voila

looks great, i can only imagine how much it cost in the end lmao. But they look great and i bet the light output is sex. Good choice.

They actually weren't bad I got the HIDs in a group buy on your cobalt.com and I got the retros on here for a pretty good deal. They have D2S projectors and came with a plug and play harness.

what part of the hids did you buy twice the ballast or the bulbs? or the whole set? i got confused, too early in the am lol

I shipped the ballast back to the seller and they sent me another free of charge then I bought a set of bulbs on eBay and after going outside in the dark lastnight to take some pics of the output it's looking like they are 2 different colors

Well today in the garage at school I stood in front of my car and it looks like the passenger bulb was getting whiter instead of bluer the hotter they got but then it kinda went away like my eyes adjusted to it... Idk...
