I think they are, but personally I wouldn't get either. It's all about your own taste though!

the rial nogaros are sold out and could take 90+ days to get (i was looking into them) and to get them black u have to buy 17s..

they look the same accept the bottom ones have a deeper lip which looks pretty sweet.
