does the aftermarket rk sport wing directly line up to the stock wing holes on an ls?

I have a friend who lives near my work, that has the lip spoiler installed. From what I remember, you are supposed to use only double sided tape. But it didn't fit 100%, so he used two screws to hold it down better. There is no place for it to attach to the LS/LT spoiler holes.

 

so if there is spoiler holes then would i have to put body filling over the holes? or would the rk sport spoiler cover it?

 

The spoiler covers the rear two holes but not the front two. And it only covers the rear holes i don't believe it reuses them, you have to drill new holes.
