Question "rock chips" I hate them

Anyone know of a way to prevent rock chips. I have a few on the front of my car already. I have the Paint in a bottle stuff but you can always tell that it was fixed. I have heard of a plastic coting that you can put on your car but can not find any information on it or what to call it. I have also heard of the salifane (spelling?) stuff but do not know what it looks like on the car. Any one have any experiences with ether of the 2?

I don't have any pics of it on but the only places you can see it is on the edge because it has some thickness to it but everywhere else it more or less invisible.

I sure hope not. I would be really bad if paint came off with it.

Is that xpel stuff thick? How would it stop something from going through the clear stuff?

BTW.. how do you think yellow lights would look on a Red cobalt? I think it'd look sweet.

I dunno depends on what yellow it is. Its a rubbery compound so it softens the blow from a rock. I don't have any rock chips in the front area as far as i can see. They might show up when you take it off but it has to protect from the small stuff.

I'm sure it doesn't. Alot of people use it so if there was a problem then it most likely would be as popular.
