Rolling Fenders On SS/TC Sedan

Alright so has anyone experimented with rolling your fenders a little bit? I have a friend who does it professionally and he said he will do mine for free if I want it done. My question is do you guys think it will look good and be worth it? I will do front and rear just a little enough to put coilovers on it and run some wider wheels and tires......opinions and thoughts please!!!!

And I have an 09 Rally Yellow SS/TC Sedan just so u can picture it in your head

ive never done it but my buddy always tells me if i got coilovers and wanted to let him know i have a 18x8 wheel so i was gonna put 235/40/18 and slam it but now im getting pedders and hardcore rear sway cause i wanna do more track and less show **** what wheels you thinking about and what coilovers?

Probably stance coilovers and.not sure on wheels I want wheels that are charcoal grey like a darker grey and I really can't find any might do the EKM3s in gunmetal

And it wont be for show it will be for autocross purposes and track purposes to run a wider wheel more traction and ****

oh ok if you want coilovers for track do either hsd stance gr or pedders im doing pedders springs and harcore sway bar and i plan on doing at least 3 redline time attack events this year and well i dont think the enkeis are any wider if you want a good track wheel get the pf01s they only make them in silver or the black like i have but there awesome and there a 18x8 so you can run a 235 to 255 with np

The EKM3s are 18x8 also bro im pretty sure...and ya I want the stance coilovers more than likely there ****....do u think the rolled fenders would look good on the sedan though? I mean im not gonna roll them much just a little to make it have a little wider stance and wheel well for wider tires and rims

are you talking about rolling the fenders or pulling the fenders? theres a huge differece...

rolling....you roll the inside lip of the fender until its flat....only issue is if you even have to take out the wheel skirt it will be a huge pain in the ass.....

pulling or stretching....you roll the lip flat and continue you pushing the quarters out even farther to make the wheel well wider..

the problem with both is gms paint is **** and unless using some really careful aid and a heat gun your going to end up with painting them either way.... if you pull or stretch you need to paint because your probablly going to have to reform the body lines..

if your tracking stay on pedders springs. trust me on this i just sold my stances because im not happy with their track performance. they are strictly a street coilover and the valving inside will not handle heavier springs over time. so unless you plan on getting a higher line of stance custom built get the pedders and save yourself money.

your probablly going to end up painting your quarters if your stretching them. ive done this numerous times and i tried on our solstice gxp coupe. used heat and everything else and because of the stretch i still ended up peeling the paint

if you dont wanna paint **** it wounds like hes just going to roll the lips. i dont see why your trying to get anything bigger then a 245/40/18 in there. thats good enough tire even for teht rack. roll the lips and thats all your need. no need to do a stretch.
