LOL I love my RPD. I can keep track of some of the major operations going on in the engine and its distinctly unique. I hope that ZZP does make the guage pod for the RPD+guages.
The fact that you have to tell people what it is makes it that much cooler in my mind

Keep it man. Think about a guage pod that has the RPD plus dual interceptors. That would look sexy. Just wait it out some more.

what other guages should we get on top of the rpd? im thinking an iat2 sensor and maybe another boost guage since the RPD doesnt show vac in the boost guage part.

So.....you all hate the RPD screen because it got boring and they're not currently making a pillars for it. If you want people to make it, put your car up for prototyping it.

Its a clean gauge that tells you just about everything you need to know about the car, its low key, and, again, its CLEAN and works just as good if not better than the laggy stock boost gauge. Hell if you want a normal boost gauge and pillar I'll sell you my dashboard wiring harness and a pillar....

But to me....the idea that the RPD screen is boring because you can't put other gauges with it is ludicrous and imo slightly ricey. You just want the look of the three gauges that most won't even read.

.02 cents

Ah a valid argument. I also was going to get a pod mounted behind the steering wheel to get a boost gauge and just watch the AFR on the RPD. The only thing 'wrong' with the screen.

As I mentioned earlier, you keep the RPD and install either a single or dual interceptor guage. You can view iat2 on those. Of course we are waiting for a company to come out with an RPD friendly guage pillar. Interviewatruins is working on it with zzp, so maybe we get a pillar from them in the near future

agreed i want a boost gauge, i already bought it too.
sucks its basically a guestimate off the maf readings. but either way, ill prolly also get one interceptor and call it a day. that way i can clear and know more info on the fly.

well guys just a little update, i'm posting this in two threads.
i got the box for me to send my rpd to zzp today.
i'm working till 9 tonight, so i'll be going to a ups location to drop off the box with the rpd in it tomorrow.
zoom was nice enough to send me a gauge pillar in the mean time to not have it just open and exposed.
hopefully they can tear mine apart, and get everything working for everyone who has an rpd and wants to have an extra two gauges on there
zoom said it'd probably be about 3 months so be patient. its gonna look awesome.

i'm excited.
thanks zzp!
