Santa came early

I got together with my in-laws tonight for an early x-mas party/gift exchange. I usually get socks, sweaters (ugly ones ) every year. This year I opened up the box and dam it was an armrest kit for my Cobalt. Very cool, no doubt my wife bought it and sold it to them. The reason this is in the appearance section. I noticed on the inside lid there are two places that appear to be for holding something, my guess is pen holders ?!? Does anyone with an armrest know what the two slots are for ? I have to go shake presents now, I have visions of sugarplumbs, hurst shifters, intakes dancing in my head...............

Happy Holidays everyone !

Steve.
