I bought a 2006 cobalt ss/sc with the G85 package. Already lowered, full engine mounts from ttr, strut bar, gmpp full catback, stage 1 pulley. And I did some cosmetic work to it already. I'll post a picture later tonight

My friend just traded in his fully bolted and tuned g5 for a cobalt just like this one. Looks good though.

Oh very nice, yea Im going to take my car to a dyno soon to see where its at and Ive already bought some supporting mods to go full stage 2, so when I get all of that Im going to take it back and see the difference. I cant wait!!

I've seen your posts around! When did you pick yours up? Mods/miles/options?

 

I picked mine up in the beginning of april.. I bought it with 40,xxx on it and now she already has just over 44k on her. It was completely stock when I picked it up minus a few ugly cosmetics done to the rear end that of which I cleaned up and made right. Really the only clean cosmetic upgrade it had on it when I bought it was the 25% tint

Stock options included LSD and the black/gray seats (that of which I'll be trading out for black/black ones). I currently have my retros and HID fogs from my old LT installed in it, and then a few weeks ago I installed and purchased a MBE 3" catted dp (also removed the fart cannon and just did a muffler delete) and powell hardcore bar, along with minor cosmetics like painting the calipers red and getting red tuner lugs (at dealerships expense for the lugs haha).. so she's still a work in progress like always

heres the cleaning up I did in the back.. previous owner had no taste, not to mention the dealer liked advertising too much
