which brand does he have? I have been looking into getting the ARK performance one but I feel like all of them will not be OEM functioning but as long as I don't have static all the time I would be ok cause I use the CD player more than the radio.

How could a cut stocker look tacky? Just put a cap on it and it looks stock... less tacky than the aftermarket shorties which are thicker.

Zomg so tacky.

imo, ark is the best/most oem looking. A cut stocker just doesn't look right, and others are just too bulky.

Just to let you guys know ARK is a nonfunctional antenna.

My reception is worse with it but I listen to XM anyways

If it's so nonfunctional...why does mine function perfectly?

Side note: XM sucks...as does all satellite radio.

Yeah my ark works great.

However, how could you possibly hate the endless convenience and quality of XM/Sirius?! : O

I think what they mean by that is that it's not going to "improve" your stock reception in any way.

And Satellite sucks because...they play the same **** I can listen to on the regular radio...for free...My dad had sirius...it sucked...I had XM...it sucked equally.

I agree, I dont see the interest with XM. I can never fin a song I like, and whenever its cloudy or I drive under a tree it cuts out...

Ipod w/ the auxilary cable is what its all about! 1000songs that I like w/ no commercials or bullshit, and absolutely no static

Whatever MY experience is I get less reception than stock.

Satellite radio is good for me cause I go through deserts and hills where there aren't any radio stations available
