so i wanna do the evo mod.....

so i wanna do the evo mod.....

but my car is black. Is there any way to do this and make it look pretty good. Like different colors or what? idk i like the mod, but black on black doesnt work

ive only seen one black car with the evo mod and he had red. i wasnt a fan. i think white would look REALLY good but in plasti dip idk. it would probobly get dirty really quick.

considered doing gray on mine. gray evo mod or gray ground effects, like the monte carlos. but i think it would be ehh. do pink.

I was always under the impression that the Evo mod only worked on cars that didn't match the color you typically see it sprayed in...

But also being pretty keen to trends on Cobalts, High Contrast appearance mods go well IF you tie everything you do appearance wise to the color such as, Painted Calipers > Matched Interior Trim > Performance Parts paint/coated to color match > Gauge Pod colors > SS Overlays etc, etc

Its just gotta flow. Best thing to do is ask for a Photoshop request with a picture of your car and go from there!

yea i was gonna do gray but idk if it will even be noticable. And as for other colors i was thinking red but it might just be to ridiculous

^^ I should photoshop this on to my LT and see what it would look like. I can get some carbon fiber rap from my local auto parts store too. Unless that stuff is cheap and I should look elsewhere.

i think the carbon on black would look better than any other color with black evo mod! it wouldnt stick out as much and if you did a good job it could look realy nice

About how many yards do you think i need if i just do the center of my LT? Or should I do the sides as well? I'm thinking about what to next to my car still.

on that web site i posted get about 30bucks worth thats what i did and had extra to do other stuff with
