Spiderlite LED Taillights...do they fit in the sedan?
Spiderlite LED Taillights...do they fit in the sedan?
Long story short....I have a second set of taillights that were done with Nite Shades (the guy I bought them from said he used 2 cans of Nite Shades...I don't know how many coats he did, but are they dark. He did one coat of clear afterwards and they don't really look very shiny at all...
My main question is this...will the Spiderlite LEDs work in the sedan? If so, are they much brighter? Otherwise, what option do I have for bulbs? I see all kinds of 3157 bulbs out there...don't know which ones are better than others. 3B Specialties has some for $30 shipped for the pair and they are 36 LED each. I've seen many others ranging from 19 to 36 LED...any real differences?
My next question, is it possible to remove the Nite Shades after it's been on there for a month or two? I have no problem re-doing it as I can take my time and do it right. I got the lights cheaper than a used pair of stock lights, that's why I bought them. I know it was asked in another thread (for freshly painted lights), but I was curious about lights that have been done for a while and already cured/dried completely?
Lastly, if I try the LED lights and it looks better/brighter, can I just put a nice thick clear coat on them to make them a little more shiny (since he only did one coat)? Then buff them to keep them shiny?
Sorry for so many questions, I can post pictures sometime tomorrow that will show what I'm talking about if anybody needs clarification. I did remove the lights already though as I don't need to get into any trouble (accident or pulled over).

So calm down there professor. So before you start pointing out other peoples mistakes, learn how to correct your own grammar.
You my friend, fail at life.
How sad it is to be a nerd behind a computer, correcting other people's mistakes. Last time I checked we're not in school, but rather on a forum with loose talk.
