ok I think that looks nice. do that valve cover up and maybe some color matches wire loom/ vacuum lines and you'd be rolling VERY nice. call it rice I guess but I think it makes the engine bay look like something more than just metal and belts.

even if you were to dress up the rest to match, then its too much red, i think. As long as you like it thats all that matters. It is definitely unique.

Thats what it is why should it look like candy or some **** LOL I hate seeing cobalts with wire loom on EVERYTHING.. it's called wire loom not " put this **** on whatever it will fit on", yet people still insist on putting it on everything from the hood damper to the heater hoses.

it's... different. but it's cool. i'm all for matching car color with other stuff on the car. like my boot for instance.

meh I'm not saying go crazy, just a little dress up. a clean engine bay with some color looks good. I think he did a pretty decent job of matching the color to the car (could be the photo but it looks like it) and I don't think it's bad. It's the same as painting the dash or adding LED's or a body kit or a diff. spoiler, or rims, or whatever, just something to be different. I dunno, I like it (kudos!)

Not bad, but I wonder if the paint will prevent any heat expulsion.

That just doesn't look right... you should paint it invisible.

strip the paint off the throttle body and the bypass valve and it will look better.
