Question SS/SC Bumper Question

hi,
so i went to my dealer 2d and asked him about getting ss/sc body kit all around my ls coupe ... so he comes up with this crazy diagram and parts list of like all possible bumper cover , bolts , shock absorber etc... and says well only front is gonna be like 1grand or so ... so i just asked him if only the cover would fit and still look good, so of course he doesn't know anything about it but suggests ill really need all of it ... so my question is: is just cover ok or im running into changin everythin ????

if the dealer installs it for you, you wont have a problem most likely

I got my bumper for free (friend) and installed it myself in 5 hours, which including removing, painting, drying, and re-installing my grille (too about 2.5 hours), and vinyling the new bumper (1 hour)

So by itself, it should take no more than an hour with hand tools and one person
