Steering wheel

Where can I find a steering wheel adapter for a MOMO steering wheel? Are they legal?... as in passing inspecting.

you know that it would be somewhat dangerous taking off the stock steering wheel becasue of the airbag, and your aftermarket steering wheel wouldnt have an airbag.

So they are not legal? Why is that? Deleting a stock safety option?

Changing the Steering wheel is not illegal, but you can not sell or saftey a vechile that has had the air bag removed. And as for dieing in an accident, I niow more people that have been burned badly by car with airbags hen people that have been hurt in cars without them!

My dad and I are good examples of that... when my airbag went off I gut burns, and then the glass that fell on me as it pressed against me got pressed into my arms! it hurt like hell! and I was def for like an hour and a half.

Than my dad got his wrist and nose broken from the airbag when his went off.

Yea, and in all honesty, airbags are great if your doing 100+ MPH than they are ok at anything 80-90, however... Anything lower than 80 mph the airbags are really pointless.... and are more trouble than they are worth, not to mention, that if you own the stock model (ls) like I do... if they go off your car is deamed totaled cause it cost 6k to replace the damn things! (luckily I havn't had them go off yet) so there are pros... but only for those who are being irresponsible and goin 100+ on the freeway in the middle of the day.
