Steering wheel hub adapter
Steering wheel hub adapter
Does anyone know where to buy a steering wheel hub adapter, other than Cobalt-Addiction? CA says they have a Momo one, but when you look at the Momo site, they say they don't make one for our cars. I was just wondering if anyone knew if that was true or not, and where to order a hub adapter.
I ordered one throught Cobalt Addiction for my Momo wheel. It was the only place I would trust to buy it from since no one could give me an answer as to the part # I needed, since they are a Cobalt site I figured they knew for sure that it worked...I was right, it worked.
I however gave the box to the guys who installed it and forgot to ask for it back so I can't remember the part #, but I do know that it was not the 2401 adapter.
Just order it from Cobalt Addiction, it was a decent price, it was shipped to me in a week (thats to Canada as well) and it is going to be the right one.
Mines a 2007 SS/SC and the only problems were 1) you have to put a hub spacer in as well due to the size of the stock equipment, they didn't charge me for it at the shop I took it to but I think there about $10, 2) You will loose the turn signal return, meaning you will have to manually turn your signals off, after you turn the corner. I thing the return for the stock equipment is in the wheel it self, but I could be wrong, Either way its a small price to pay for the feel of a Momo wheel, my steering is so much tighter now
