the center piece of the steeling where like the area u press for the horn how does this come out? just pull?

 

Do you mean the air bag? I have an 2009 g5 and to remove it you have to get small screw driver and on the bottom left and bottom right of the air bag you can se two holes. Put the screw driver in and you will feel a pin. Try to push the pin towards the middle and you will feel it disengage. Then do the other side and it should pop right out
