you should get one of those custom black cats face gauges or whatever to match your car, like white background with blue and black lettering would be ****

well its easy and hard at same time easy once u get to know what your doing hard cause not having alot of money sucks saving up money

as for the needles i used acetone to remove the red and it also cloudy's up the plastic then i used a blue sharpe to change the color of the needles.

all of my buttons have been modded for some time by removeing the blue cap that gm put on there bulbs thats why they look kinda orange / red coloring .

and no the needles dont glow blue they will proully once im done with it all but for now im working on the steering wheel's. im looking into possably getting some bulb holders so i can really get cracking with moding these things next after the steering wheels is the stock radio and hvac / once those are done then i will be changeing the harder switches aka power mirror and lock and windows

So you said the needles dont glow blue, what color do they glow now that you changed the outside of the blue? Also how do the buttons come off of the steering wheel? Do they just pop out with a screw driver?

SORRY FOR QUALITY ON SOME OF MY PICS THEY WERE TOOK WITH MY PHONE

ive uploaded the new pics of the steeringwheel finished and the beginnings on the radio for some reason when i took the pics my radio turn knobs wont register i do not know if its from the led install or from how many times i have removed the knobs and the radio from the car im currently looking into getting another radio just like mine so i can test this out so if somebody is willing to donate me a radio and i can see if its the changeing of the led or if its the removal of the radio as many times and how many times i have removed the faceplate of the radio

If u want the needles to glow BRIGHT blue , heres what to do . Get that blue sharpie ink off of there so the needle is clear again . Mask off the sides and top of the needles with masking tape . Paint a VERY thin layer flat white in the same place GM had the red . Then aim 2 3mm blue LED's at the light guide on the underside of the needle . I needed 2 wide angle leds to keep the lighting uniform thru the needle as it rotated . They would light up really bright like that . The needle would look white when the lights are off .

Its how I got my red needles to shine so brightly .

The blue looks great! I did that to my last car. I'd love to do it to this one, but it's a lease
