Im actually getting mine painted on next week, I had vinyl but it got so fucked up the sun faded them and they cracked all over, but heres what i originally did, Im gonna put them back like that but theyre gonna be finished on the hood and trunk like that chevelle that was pictured before

 

I'm down with that silver on blue. Even though I'm not a huge fan of the shade of blue gm selected for the balt haha

 

Where did you get them from? How long were they on before they started getting shitty?

Has anyone seen any pictures of a 4 door with the stripes. I've thought about doin it to mine but i just cant decide unless i actually see it first.

I purchased the stripes from edecals.com and had a local bodyshop install them, they were on there for approx a year and a half before they started getting shitty.

Those stripes are looking amazing. I'd love to do it myself, but I got a few questions:

Are these removable? Say if I have them on my car for 2 years and they become faded and crappy, can I remove them somewhat easily?

Does anyone have any idea how much someone might charge to put these on?

stripes look good! i have seen alot of people with the ss on the grill. did you use double sided tape to hold it on?

 

ive wondered that myself..i think it looks pretty damn good..as long as its on the t/c grille.. dont know if itd look right on the original s/c grille..

To the people talking about the vinal getting crappy looking. Yeah, I bought my car used awhile back, and they started looking horrible.
Thats when I said they had to go, and just got them painted on.
