I would like to make my car look a little more "sick"

I'm up for any suggestions and plans to "stylizing" my car.

Debadge rear bowtie and Cobalt lettering
Gunmetal or black wheels (Forgestar F14's if you have enough money)
Powdercoat Brembos red

I think that would be clean but not too over the top, in my opinion

 

yeah do your rims gunmetal i'm going to give it a shot as-well. tired of cleaning the white.

paint the brembos, leave the front badge alone, painted tijin trunk.

 

Lose all the badges on the car minus the front, lose the wing, tint, and lowered. Golden

 

Change those Bowties . Rims or painting rims. I have my eye on some black PF01s with refund.

 

Please don't do the played out "evo mod".

Anything but that damn evo mod, it looks ******* retarded yet so many people still do it. It will look good wingless and deff loose that giant emblem on the trunk.

Im sorry but I still love the black crossbar/evo mod on our cars. Even if it is played out. I am the only ss/tc I have seen in person that has it where I live.

 

I don't want the EvoMod, but I'm already lowered and tinted. I'm gonna debadge the back I think. Thanks guys.

What CF Trunk offeres the best fitment? If i do the trunk, would you recommend I do the hood too or will it look fine with just the trunk?

 

Looks pretty good as is to me! Sometimes less is more, especially since everybody always goes nuts on blacking everything out on these cars. Debadging is over rated. Ditch the GM squares and rear bowtie and leave the rest imo.

 

ur just jealous cuz ur car is black! evo mod looks sick, although i did get tired of it and took it off..

on another note wingless is the new 'fad' and i think our cars look better winged, fwd or not

How do you take the badge off the trunk? wouldnt their be holes in the trunk from the badge? i left the cobalt emblem on and took off the SS badge so people behind me think it's just a regular cobalt. but i left the SS badges on the side. Thinking bout putting a small SS badge in the front right corner of the grill. i also have the transformer caps from the camaro on my wheels i may get a small autobot one for the left corner of the trunk lid just to give my car a theme. My 6 yr old son loves it and says his autobot if faster then bumblebee LMAO!!!

The rear bowtie is just a glorified sticker. The front bowtie is the only badge that is attached with bolts/nuts.

 

all you really need IMO is debadged, some new wheels, and wingless probably.

 

Haha! Evo mod went from that's interesting to that's cool to everyone does it to **** the Evo mod.

I've already seen two of these steps with stance lolololol, I love car culture psychology.

 

Get some ten pound test fishing line a hair dryer and some rubbing alcohol. Those badges will be gone in less than half hour. Warm them slightly careful not to hear the paint to much and make it bubble. Run the fishing line in sawing motion behind badge and clean off adhesive with alcohol. Really simple . My GM squares left right away then I got braver with the trunk when I realized how easy it was.
