Tail Light Tinting questions

I want to tint my tail light which way is the best way to go. Is there a way or a product to get a shiny finish cause most of the tail lights i see painted with night shade or what ever has a dull look to them

Truff!!!

Just clean the lights, lightly sand them.

Spray the VHT to desired tint, then let it dry.

Wet sand to get all the orang peel effects and bumps out.

Then spray 5-10 coats of clear.
