I've seen a couple how to's on youtube but thats just for cars in general not just the cobalt, but maybe check ebay for aftermarket headlights with it? idk

Step 1: don't make your balt look any cheaper by installing a strip of LEDs

or you can look up user streetracinazian I beleive he concocts these monstrosities
