Thinking about this kit ...

I am thinking about purchasing this kit very soon. I think it would look awesome with my color. What do you guys think?

Make sure to pst some pics. I have an LT w/ sport appearance package too. Wanted to see what it would look line on a coupe with fog lights. Should look good tho.

I donno about the dual exhaust tho. Have you seen any "real" cars with that JP Vizage lip kit?

Buying those kits is only 1/10 of the battle my friend. The simple fact is that they are a pain in the fooking ass to install, hard to get painted well, even harder to maintain, and most of the time lack any of the quality of the factory kit. Look at all the honda ricers with busted up, shitty looking kits. Not just the old ones, but even new ones. They all look like **** after a year, and are just not worth the astronomical price tag to get one done right. Buy the first half of a turbo set up and keep saving for the rest.

I disagree completely. You really have to look at what the kit is made of and who is selling it. RKSport has some of the highest quality pieces for GMs. All of their kits and ground effects are urethane, not some cheap fiberglass kit like you are probably referring to. I had a full kit from them on my cavalier that fit absolutely perfect. Used all stock mounting points, and was extremely durable. I ran this kit living in Alaska, which has some of the worst roads ever and never had a problem. Point is, RKSport makes a very reputable product, hence the higher prices.

I put a kit on my last car and it cost me alot of money.. I ended up spending 2500 just for install and paint.. So be ready to pay if you want the install done right and the paint to match up to your car.. But I think that kit looks really sick...
