I think it would look a little funny on a cobalt honestly...
Maybe its just a little drastic seeing that car then trying to picture it on a cobalt xD
But it might look good if you have the right color and all colors matched. Would look hideous if your tails are tinted though, they have to match in color.

 

i say u paint lip white. then do Carbon fiber hood and trunk, wrap the roof in carbon fiber and then do a carbon fiber evo mods. As for the wheels. go with stock red wheels or paint them white with a red lip and red chevy emblem in middle.

Yeah but REAL Cf hood, Real CF trunk, and CF vinyl roof looks shitty. that CF vinyl doesn't look enough like real carbon for that effect.

I was going to keep the bronze wheels, do CF hood/trunk and get a roof cap made (I already have the design done up in solid edge) but every i've asked has said it would cost around 6k at the LEAST to have a real CF roof cap created.

Anyway I think i'm going to go with the red wheels and white calipers with a red brembo. Hard to keep clean I know, but I don't have to drive the balt everyday anymore

Paint your lip white, and do like....Lime green for the wheels or the blue like the evo in the pic

I wanted to do lime green but didn't want to be the first so I did boring black still looks good though

I think i'm gonna do the red with White and red brembos/calipers.

I would LOVE to do white wheels with a red lip, BUT I picture that being WAY to hard to keep clean. One hit of the brakes and they're gonna look like ****.

MSR's or Stock TC wheels would be the only white with red lip wheels i'd do.

Colored wheels are the ghey in my opinion, so ricey and played out. Bronze/Silver/Anthracite/Black, etc. are fine, but bright colors just make a car look cheap.

I think you should do CF Hood/Trunk, Evo Mod, Black housing headlights and keep your bronze wheels.

Clean, simple, and attention grabbing.

That porsche and that evo are fugly, lol. The porsche looks like it's on its period and the evo looks like a yoshi egg :P

 

and on every other car you see anymore.

 

uh... sell the lip?.. rather than painting over all that work?.. or trade someone..since you'll be spraying paint either way, it won't matter what color theirs starts

 

I've seen way more cars with gay bright colored " look at me i drive a honda" wheels, than I have with clean bronze wheels like your car.

And I agree with that guy ^^^ see if anyone wants to buy your lip. It'd be sick on yellow or black!

 

I get what your saying. I just get tired of everytime I roll over to the forum theres a new person with gold/bronze wheels. (A little exageration I kno ) So I want to change it.

I was thinking white wheels with a red lip and center bowtie/lugs, color matched bowtie with a red bezel and a white lip.

and get my chare pipes/intake/meth tank airbrushed by scatera so that the cars real clean on the outside and then when you pop the hood/trunk you got something a little different to look at

 

Idk, still sounds too ricey for it's own good in my opinion. White and Red will never be "clean", it'll look like canada on wheels, hahahahaha.

 

I like your ideas but I feel in order to follow through with these ideas, you need the type of wheels that are on the Porsche or Evo. I don't think the TC wheels are equipped for that kind of style. I do like your wheels bronze though, that really works with your car. But whatever you decide to do good luck with that and I look forward to seeing it.
