Well I have an appointment to get my windows tinted tomorrow at 9 a.m... Any advice for me to tell the guy? I asked about the dot matrix and I guess they don't have that spray or watev that goes over top but I have 2 choices.. Let them go over it w/ tint or he said they'll cut it before the dot matrix... Will that look stupid? Or should I hope he does a good job and let him do the whole thing?

 

i have a strip of vynil on the dot matrix, you cant see out of there now, but atleast it doesnt look ugly with little dots everywhere, tell him lay the vynil over it

 

Didnt you look at my windows at damonds last weekend! I went over the dot matrix with my tint. Yea. If you look close enough you can see the air in the matrix. I dont really mind it tho cause no one can really notice it. You can have a piece of vyinal put on the exterior. To cover them up to.

 

U Can Have A Peice Of Vinyl Applied To The Interior As Well... Use To Do It When I Worked At A Tint Place

 

lol yeah I looked at yours arsenal but I didn't get to looking at the back!! I checked out the sides but meant to look at your license plate and tint but forgott .. I was waiting in the car for awhile for my mom to show up... I got a nice pic of your car on my fone rite now though.

 

They went over my matrix, not on my cobalt but a previous car. After about 6 months it started peeling. When I took it back they scrubbed the matrix a bit with a brillo pad and retinted the back window. I did not have any problems after that, although I did sell the car a year later...
