Legal in MN is 50%.

I was quoted $300.00 for five windows at 35% tint with 3M tint. I am still looking around. This place sells and installs all kinds of custom bolt on parts and sound systems for cars and trucks.

My Chevy dealer quoted me $190 for 5 windows in my sedan, which seems a decent price. I dunno what percentage they offer... or even what's legal in Texas.

3M is Awesome tint! But for 35%, 300.00 seems a little high.

I had all 5 windows(20%), and a strip across windshield(5%) done for $150.00.
W/lifetime warranty / They use 3M tint too.

150-200, make sure to check for a lifetime guarantee. Always be willing to pay a little bit more for a shop that seems more reputable, don't always go with the lowest bidder.

its not bad at all. i have my back and 1/4 windows at 5% and im thinking about going back and doing another 5% over them. i can still see perfectly out the windows. theres a big difference between cheap tint and good tint. cheap **** is just dark. the good stuff blocks UV. mine was 220$ with a lifetime warranty from the best place in town

and in texas its 35% on front windows and anything you want in the back, no tinting front windshields, cant be reflective or mirrored more than halfway. reputable shops wont let you go darker than that unless you really want it on the front glass. they told me straight up that it was illegal to go darker than 35 cause i wanted 20 on the front.

i had gila 5% tint all the way around my car. i couldn't see anything at night so i took it off. I want to go to a professional and get 5% in the back and 15% in the front. I would love to get 5% all the way around again but i don't have power windows so it's hard to keep rolling them down to see.
