tinted tail lights

I just have a ? i was wondering if i were to tint my tail lights if i should use some clear coat?

Yes, especially if you want them to be shiny.

i used a r/c window tint stuff. It was the only thing i could find around were i live so i wasnt sure it i could use clear coat on them.

yes clear them. they don't look right not cleared

i didn't clear mine, i think i might though. i just wet sanded with like 1500 grit and then used polish/elbow greese
