last time i talked to him he said probably close to end of year same with oem ss cf lip but dont quote me on that...

 

i thought the lip was pushed back bc of shady demand

 

They sent both out as far as I heard

 

right but no one committed to the cf lip and most said they wanted to see it first. i was almost interested in the cf lip but nah its not for me

 

meh the tjin trunk is gonna be just like the evo mod now played out and everybody has one lol so ill say nah on the trunk and yes on the lip lol

I doubt it, because the tjin trunk actually costs money. A lot of it, more than most are willing to pay, especially for full retail price. It'll be one of those, "I want it, but I'm not willing to spend the money on it things."

 

And that's why I got one , I think there was only ~26 people who bought it, which means at most ~30 people out of every cobalt owner will have one!

 

Umm....I think you've got that backwards.

The trunk at full retail is $800 + shipping and tax.

People on here complain that normal CF trunks are too expensive at around $500 shipped. I'm sure a select few will spend the full price on the Tjin one...but not many.

Don't make me come over there and hurt you with my stick. Remember this is not a mod that you do to an OEM piece. This is an actual trunk so I disagree that its played out, cuz its not even out yet! No one has one, not this trunk and definitely not in carbon fiber :drool: (probably not even an emoticon for that). No one has it with a 1 piece setup, unless they welded on sheet metal (fail). Mike come to my office so I can lock you up in our warehouse haha. Wait.. you may like that too much.
