Its not super difficult. We've done a lot crazier stuff before. Regardless of that fact. It will look like its suppose to look based on the pictures. This is of course if we are unable to obtain the actual Tjin trunk. Keep in mind this trunk you see on the forums was also made custom by a very handy individual. Pictures will be posted once we begin production.

Glad to see EXD finally started a thread for this. Didn't read the whole thing, is there a production date yet? Closer than a year?

I'd prefer FG or Dura

Updated original post.

--
Production Outline:

2-4 weeks of in house R&D.
24-48 hours until I am able to post pictures of the final product.
After the Group Buy ends we will need 8-12 weeks for mass producing the trunk.

Yes I am sorry. At this time this forum consists of more coupe members vs sedan members. Atleast from what I can see. But you never know, we may do it for the Sedan down the line.

CF all day! So few people would actually buy these, though everyone is saying they totally would. lol. I see like, maybe 10 people so far. But DURA wouldn't be bad either. I think there SHOULD be an option for a third brake light/key hole though

Yeah I'd still want a third brakelight and keyhole possibly.

More then likely there will be NO KEYHOLE. But, I will have to incorporate the third brake light in there. There are already two cut outs for the rear lights, then another cutout for the third brake light. Typically there is never a keyhole for any aftermarket trunk.

Won't you have to reclear the carbon fiber anyways? So either way it needs to go to a paint shop unless extreme doesn't gel coat and actually clears their pieces. (Not bashing just a general question)
