gloria@powellraceshop.com. I will post up a how to or reference a how to for you if you contact me or gloria
the long one goes to the rear. at the front I key off the one existing hole for the plastic pin that holes the bumper, cut the tab off for the plastic pin, and then make one more hole.
I use a pilot hole first and then an xmas tree multi bit to cut the hole to sizel the mutli bits really make the hard metal of the crash bar easy to work with.
the rear I use two or three holes, three is tight to get the nuts up to the crash bar, you have to trim a slot in the rear grille on ss models.
On the HHR rear you need to cut a slot in the bottom bumper return.
On the 4 door, wiw what a lot of work! I just did my first one and have not had time to write it up, its more involved at the rear. You have to get over taking short cuts, it took me a long time to prove to myself that there are no short cuts they take too long lol
So take off the tailights, the rear bumper and the rear beam, drill 3 holes square in the middle of the beam, and using the longer rear plate and a special pedestal spacer with long bolts, (supplied ) mount the hook plate. Then move the sedan marker light over one hole to the side, and remount the beam bumper and tailights. etc.
the hook will now peep through the upper slot in the license plate opening.

no its just overload, as we have been preparing for and now producing a road tour for corporate clients and it has sucked up a lot of our time, as well as race car end of season activities - we just are behind. Gloria and I will get caught up as soon as we can. We will invoice and ship all outstanding orders this Friday Saturday and try to deal with the new ones hanging in our in baskets. thanks for your understanding.
