Tow Hooks on a Non SS

Just as the title states. has anyone bought the Powell racing Tow hooks and mounted them on a non SS bumpered car? Just curious of any tricks or tips, because I havent seen it done yet.

I bought and installed them, just been real lazy with pics and such. The front on my car doesnt really count though cause I installed an SS bumper cover a few years ago. The rear was exactly like the SS's just without having to cut a hole through the lower trim. I did have to clearnce the dress panel and cut two slits in the bumper to fit around the tow hook.

Foximus, if your crash beam is close to the grill on your bumper, you should be ok. From what i remember, yours is just as close as the SS's, just will a plastic grill in it. Take some pictures, i might be able to point you in the right direction.

Im pretty sure in the front, I may just need two blocks to step down from the crash bar, and then go out the lower grill. Its the back I'm not sure about. I'll try to get some photos of that tomorrow.

His intercooler takes up more space than the spruce goose lol. There's a tube frame bar in there.

you should be able to access the crash beam from there and make it work. of coarse take the hook off for driving around. i mean maybe it will work with your rk sport piece i couldnt tell you if it would or not.
