trunk liner question

I have a 2006 cobalt ls. and I have two 12's in the trunk. i can hear some rattle when i am outside and it sounds like it is under the liner by the taillight. how do i take out the trunk liner. there are four what look like plastic bolts in the back, but i can not figure out how they come off, i cant twist them or pull them off, i think those are the only things holding the lining on.

The black things just unscrew, they double as attach points for the cargo net. Just twist them off and the whole liner pulls away from the body.

^^^^This. The first time i took mine off to replace the brake light they were a bitch to get off. I thought I was going to break them before they started to unscrew at one point, but a pair of pliers helps them wist right off.
