Two Questions :D

Question one:
I debadged my car and it looks sorta bad, i used a blow dryer and floss and you can still see the COBALT LS. IS there a way to eliminate that?

Question two:
Will a cold air intake hurt my engine in the winter?
Is this a good cold air intake?
05-06 Chevrolet Cobalt 2.2L NA, AEM Cold Air Intake, Red (Chevy) - 3B Specialties
300$ shipped

1- use this to get the excess glue off (thats why you still see it)
and after wash your car since its chemical and u dont want that to stay long on your car

2- I would say a CAI is protected enough but if you can keep your stock filter for winter and after change it for summer it will last longer

1: is the adhesive all off? if not, get some goo gone. if it is and you still see the letters in the paint, then the only option is to try and buff it out and if that doesnt work then either live with it or have that spot repainted if youre that **** about it

2: no a cold air intake will not hurt in winter and while that is an alright CAI, you can find ones for way cheaper that will do the same job

1. What Tmac said... Goo gone, then wax the **** out of it.

2. COLD air intake... WINTER... Uh.....

No seriously though, I don't think it'll be a problem and I've heard good things about the AEM.

AEM is good but keep looking. It's very subjective around here. Some like K&N, some like Injen, and some like AEM... Go with whatever you feel you'd like the most. And definitely read LOTS of reviews.

looks like that

Edit : its the same part number for the 2.2L nor the 2.4L

Better learn how to solder or make some friends then, kid. Those are my headlights, I like them. The LEDs are a bit of a bitch to switch out, but it can be done and it's relatively cheap as long as you know what you're doing.

Where do you work? Most places won't let you wait tables under 18 because you have to handle alcohol.

i know what i'm doing, got a lot of guys with nice cars and many mechanic friends. Just want to do somethings myself. I have the same lights as you. Do you know what kind of bulbs the LEDs are?

I work at a restaurant called La Verita, in montreal. I'm like a waiter/busboy. Basically a waiter that doesn't take any orders.

Not entirely sure what kind of bulbs they are, I don't know the size off the top of my head, but do some searching and you'll probably find it. Just remember that those are the Gen 3 projectors. And that sounds nice. So you're basically a server, haha. That sounds pretty decent. Can't hate it.

Yeah... Haha Canada. I don't mean that in like a derogatory sense or anything, it was more like "Oh, I just realized you're from Canada and your dollar is slightly different than ours!"

If I were home I would check for you, look in the headlight threads around here. I think there's actually even a how-to. I'm going to bed in like 5 minutes but I'll check for you real quick.
