For starters, B is invalid...

Personaly, id just goto your local accessories shop, and get some installed. It'll run you $150 - $200 for a decent kit, but atleast there wont be any negative suprises.

If you lose a neon bulb....your kit is fucked
if you lose an LED bulb....the others keep going and you barely notice it.

dont buy neon tubes.

get the led's. they are brighter, and in my opinion, much better. i have some green underbody led's on my car and they work awesome. If i could make a suggestion, i would buy Varad underbody led's. they cost a bit more, but are definatly worth it. they are flat and are extremely hard to break. a buddy of mine drove off a curb, (dont ask me why) and smacked them on the curb, and they didnt even crack. so, if you want underbodys, search ebay for Varad, thats where i ordered mine, and no problems. Good luck.

definitely get the LEDs they last longer, and are a lot harder to break. If you bottom out with neons they will get destroyed. With LEDs the tub may break but they will still work.
