Because my car is blue, and I have spray painted parts of my car blue so I think it would fit nicely.

agreed, you'll be called a ricer, which isnt the reason i even say can it. the real reason i say can it is because your tastes will mature very quickly and you will realize it was a waste of money.
I think most people went through a ricey stage where they wanted things like that, usually in their teens. i remember when i got my car i wanted a bodykit and lambo doors..., now i cant even contemplate something like that again

Put them on photobucket or something and then add them to the message via the insert image icon.

well i would say stay away from spay painting if you dont know what you are doing. it can be done right and look good but not on many things.

lowering the car usually looks better in most cases. if you have side door molding take it off. black housing headlights usually look good as well. id stay away from tinting your tails for right now

Thats good that it works, I know this is a broad question, but how much will it cost to lower my car, I know there are a bunch of different brands and ways to go, just looking for some numbers and maybe some websites.

Are you planning on showing your car? If not I wouldn't go with underglows especially if you plan on racing with them. A buddy of mine had them and went racing one night and only came back with one...he had 4 on there.

I know the blue is not the same, if I had matched it it did not look good inside at all.

the paint itsself looks good but dear god not in a charcoal and beige interior, and atleast color match it to your car or something

edit: still doesnt look good inside...swap out your interior to black then it might
