has anyone used nightshades to do the eyelids? I thought those would give the right look but still let light shine through? also, does anybody have some black eyelids on a silver car?

I used nightshade for my eyelids, it turned out pretty good. Just make sure you spray very lightly and evenly. Also let it dry for about a half hour or so because if you dont when you pull off the tape the nightshade will start to pull up and crinkle around the edge.

this might sound like a stupid question but do the eyelids block the headlight projection at all? and if so how much is it affected?

mine block it a little bit, but not enough to be a PITA, thats why I used Niteshades on the lower part, allows light thru
