depends where you go to get it done.. it can be but it also can be cheap.. quality might show the price.. but also what is cheap to you and whats expensive?

 

fifty to a hundred bucks. And are you also allowed to put like numbers and letters on it with powder coat?

 

umm yea you can get a valve cover powder coated for like 45-150$ depending what kind if its a 2 stage or not.. and i do belive they can do numbers and letters.. im not sure how and im also not 100% sure if they can tho

 

what do you mean by stage two. I just want to coat the cover that covers the plugs
