If they are really what I see in that picture you linked... I'll pass. Crimped on butt and spade connectors? Gross.

I don't mind paying for quality. Only have to buy it once that way. ESPECIALLY where it comes to electrical or safety items. The headlights in my sig down there aren't something I want to screw around with every time the weather changes.

Funny thing. I had a exnetec kit I bought for my bike and it was great! Color was exactly how I ordered it no flicker warm up time was fast. Recommended them to a budy who bought a set for his Saturn sky from the same user and they were great he had no problems except a bulb burned out a year or more later. So anyways I bought a set for the cobalt, but from a different user on ebay that made up a harness for my application free of charge. However the ballasts looked different the warmup time takes a while and when they do they seem off. They were supposed to me 4300k or 5000k but 1 side looks right liike the oem white I ordered and the other side looks like between 6000k-8000k. I have had them flicker off a few times as well. The warm up time is really annoying but they are bright.

I don't have any pics. As for the brightness, they weren't as bright as I was expecting. But they were still brighter than stock. The next set I buy probably wont be from vvme, not that they were bad or anything, I just want to try other places and compare.

I bought a 3k set for my fogs last summer as well... From straight on they are only slightly more yellow than halogens, but the farther off to the side it gets greener and greener. I haven't had any electrical problems with them at all. Eventually I will replace them though since the color wasn't exactly what I expected. They also aren't quite as bright as I would have liked either.

I want to get a set of Gen4's and will probably order 6k's for the low beams and fog lights from BuyHIDs.com
