yeah I do that too, I guess it depends on what paint you are using, I do very light coats so it dries quick, but I end up doing quite a few coats till it looks right. Did you completely sand all of the black off of your wheels before you did it ?

Well correct, but I've seen locals just tack on layers of paint without letting go and it drips and looks shitty. lol. Was just saying.

But thank you!

lol I always take the cheap way. Cuz I always do a very clean paint job, so I just do it myself. But only thing that sucks is when you get new tires put on, the paint gets chipped

I figured I would do them when my springs come in since I have to take the wheels off anyways. And If I don't have time to do the springs and wheels in one day I will do it the next day so next Wednesday the latest. Hopefully Monday though.

lol good thing about painting the wheels is it can be fixed. Take your time though! The extra time spent pays off for sure.

Mine took about 5, but I had my dad help me sand the back two so it would of taken me longer. I put them back on, but the car is in the garage, and hasnt budged so it can dry fully.

I scratched the paint around the lugs on one wheel after I sprayed my black because I put them on right after I was done, so ill probably put them on very carefully and park it in the garage also.
