windex or a household glass cleaner will act as the best wax remover, but any glass cleaner is a good clay bar lubricant. not all glass cleaners will remove wax though. as a good rule of thumb, if its safe on tinted windows (i.e. stoners invisible glass, sprayaway) it wont strip the wax, but all will work for claying though.

im gettin the windex for when i wanna strip off the wax and the detail spray for when i just wanna make it shine.

i think im gonna take off the wax and reapply b4 sat. im gonna be at rev it up

went to wal mart and got the spray detailer. had the mequires on hand and saw the ICE brand. ended up getting that one so i dont mix brands

also htey had auto windex in the auto dep. would that one strip off the wax? it said safe for tinted windows and ChrisAult2004 said anything for tinted windows will not remove wax. so i waited on buying it

trust me, what makes a glass cleaner safe on tint is that is mild and does not contain ammonia, so it doesnt fade the tint. you want to buy a stronger glass cleaner, windex glass and surface or some ****.

in the next couple of weeks, im going to clay and polich my entire and car and make a how-to so people can see exactly what i am doing... I need to make a thread "ask a detailer" kinda like the "ask a black dude" on the chappelle show haha
