What do you think of this or have you done it?

I was surfing the internet and i came across this on a smart car forum.
KUSTOM Carbon fiber headlights and mirrors - Smart Car of America Forums
Some guy had his headlights hydro dipped or some crap and i want to know if anyone has done this or seen this. Looks kind if cool and different imo.

it'd be cool because it's different but i've never been a fan of the carbon fiber look.

Awesome! I'd like to see them when they are done. Are you going to end up doing the bezels for retrofits? Cause i like them more.

The CF hydrodip stuff looks cheap IMO, doesn't even come close to looking like real CF

I think it would look good on your car since it is black it would blend in more. Very subtle which is always good. Gives the car a cleaner appearance if you know what i mean.
