what the title says..i have a black ss/sc and was wondering what hood i should get i want to buy the rk g5 hood..well i actully bought it but they are on back order..but they gave me my money back..thanks

 

you shouldnt even consider any other hood.lol or have a hood prefabbed like this one

you know i want to get a cf hood to, and was wondering what people on the forums liked and didnt like, so that those of who are thinking about getting one have an idea of what is out there

I have the extractor cf hood and i love it. Only problem is with cf it doesn't fit perfect. But i cut 16lbs so i can deal with it. Plus you can only notice the fitment issues if you are really lookin for it. And of course carbon fiber is just ohh so sexy!

 

i love the g5 hood that one is the best one i have seen. on a side note will the body kit for the g5 fit the cobalt???

 

i mean... this could be me just being picky, but... that spyder hood doesn't look to be "functional" and that's really dumb to me..

 

ifi was buying a hood id look for an extractor hood.
actually does something.
and if a had a 2.2/2.4 it would be a ram air style hood.

 

mine is functional... i just choose not to use it
