looking to see what seats anybody has put into a balt. eitehr name brand or ebay brand. and a link to them i cant stand my blue seats and how flat they are when my best friend drives a 20th anniv gti with seats that hug like a fat chick.

ss/sc seats are TERRIBLE theyre flat and shitty. i know waht seats there are but i wanna see waht they fit like in a balt. anyone know where to find pics. im leaning to spraco r100s or black tc seats.

 

what did you do to make them fit. stock sliders or aftermarket? link. i love the width and fit

 

the stock base SS/SC/NA/LS/LT seats are horrible.
The SS/SC G85 recaros are pretty decent and the SS/TC seats are very nice. Makes the car feel totally different.

Sadly not many seats will work 100% in our cars due to the airbags. But with that said you can get a great seat but it might not work with your airbags.

 

ill be going with tc most likely just some fronts for like 5 or 600

i just upped to tc seats, gotta say they dropped the ball with the rear bench tho, the sc ss rear bench had a much nicer bucket shape to them, tc ones are just a stock ls rear bench just apolsterd (sp)differently

 

yeah i love my TC seats. i just wish they would have made the back ones a bit different maybe like how the ions are. two seperate seats with the divider

 

I would have thought mounting brackets and getting the thing in there would be a bigger issue. Can you not just rig that plug so the airbag stays on all the time? Probably just have to cross a few wires.

 

i had to customize my TC seats they plugged right in but i got the airbag warning light. so i had to take sensor pad thing under the cloth of my stock seats n but it in the TC seats. but it was confusing cuz the whole sensor setups are completely different. the TC one is like a gell pad btw two plastic pieces and the stock one is just this sticky pad

 

ya I've talked to Powell about making rails and a way to p'n'p sparco's to the tc/ss so the airbag crap still works....

 

I got the leather heated seats in my NA and I love them.

 

i like my recaros in my ss/sc g85 but i want to upgrade to those brides pictured above..sexy

 

I do wish the TC rear was like the ions. Ive often thought about picking up an ion rear and having it redone to match the front tc seats.

Id love some Brides real recaros or some sparco's! Just dont care to see an airbag light on.

Odd i didnt have to do anything but bolt mine in. They came from a 2010 and my cars an 08. I though only the 05-06 had minor issues getting the tc seats to work.
