Ok so I am already tired of the plain aluminum finish to the stock wheels, I have made a few chops so please tell me what you like better. Oh and I will be painting my calipers what do you think black or red with the laser blue paint? I am going for the black and blue theme but I think red would look sharp too. Thanks ...and dont be too hard on my photoshop skills

buy new rims? they rims really arent suited for your car as it is, and i dont think that painting them will solve your desire for something better.

 

check my thread in the 2.2l section. I JUST did the same thing you chopped red caliper with black sidewalls

Thanks for the imput so far guys. I agree the best solution is just to get some black powdercoated rims but the funding for that is right now lol.

The black with red inside looks sick bro! +rep. I will have to contemplate that option too.(but with blue) And the red calipers is just sexy on the laser blue now that i saw it...makes my decision there easy

yeah i would like blue calipers but there is no way to get laser blue high heat paint for them so light blue would look wierd I think. Thanks for the pic of them tho so I know how it looks

I personally think that blue calipers with a gunmetal spoke would look good and paint the bowtie in the center blue....



I've never liked the blue inner paint i've never seen a good unprofessional job yet so I'm pretty skeptical... thats my 2 cents.

and i have painted a lot of **** so i know whats up when it comes down to doing the wheels if I wanted to go with blue....but it would still be a bitch and yeah i was prolly gonna do the bowtie blue anyway
