Where to put switches?

I just put subs in my 06 cobalt and put them on a switch, and am thinking of getting leds to put under the dash, but I dont know where th put the switches. I was thinking where the trunk button is so that it will be hidden. Where have you guys hid your switches? or not hid them, as long as they look good where they are at. Anyone have pictures or cool spots?

Alright I will keep that in mind. Are there any other wires back there besides the cig outlet wires? My friend has his wires in the trunk spot and i kind of like it there.

Personally i don't like to do anything i can revert, so for me drilling the panels wasn't an option a built a box that fit in the box and that had hols for the switches

A lot of people run remote switches for different reasons. I had them in my cars growing up so I could turn the subs off really fast when a cop pulled up or when i reached my neighborhood to respect my neighbors.

The bass control should be able to quiet the bass from the woofers, but only to a certain degree. The remote switch kills power to the amp all together. No need to mess with audio eq settings and it's faster.

I went the Tech Savy Route and built a car computer. MJS Gadets (Mitch, awesome dude) made an ISO interface that plugs in through your USB port. You supply a 12v power to the ISO interface and it has 12 switchable output relays that are controlled by the car computers touchscreen . Clean and fancy.

i see. i just drilled holes in the back of where the trunk pullout is. I didnt want to go through and build a box, just as easy and taking out the pullout and putting them right in the plastic lol.

I have a switch on my remote turn on so i can turn the sub off when i don't have the car running but want the radio so i don't drain the battery.

Like when washing and detailing the car.
At a fast food place eating in the car.
I put my sub switch on the drivers side of the center console. And since it's a black switch you don't even see it.
