White Lights

I need to know the best WHITE LIGHT kit that you can buy. I dont want H.I.Ds so let me knwo please. And, can you replace the fog lamp lights with the White Lights? Any input would help, thanks.

id go with silver stars, i have them, and they made a big difference, also, for the fog lights, they are h11 size bulbs, you can order a set of nokyio(spelling) replacements for like 25 bucks, and they are 80 watts i believe, or something around there, a lot brighter than the 35 watt ones that are in there now, at least i think they are 35, im not sure

i want bright as hell fog lamps... lol... I was thinking PIAA headlamps, the 6000w lamps. Those would be awesome... lol...
