So I was looking at some different hoods and came across the one by suncoast creations. And while I like the hood, I was distracted by the front bumper on the car in the image. Who the heck makes this? I've never seen it before. The fogs are a bit large, but it would be a good alternative for those that want a clean SS style front bumper but don't want to be just like everyone else.

That'd be a pretty good photoshop given that it dips in on the passenger side fog...but I suppose that's a good possibility as well.

lol must been late posting while dead or something bc ya idk where i got neon from. maybe i saw some aftermarket kit once but def doesn't look like anything "stock" on a neon

All they did with that is cut the fog light hole out larger and install grand prix fogs, that's the stock ss bumper just chopped up

 

it doesn't look horrible... but reminds me of a baby camaro..

 

Ive seen that car in person a few times. The guy who built it lives really close. Definately not a PS. He just blended the GP fog openings to the SS bumper. It was done right but I hate the way it looks. The hood he fabbed too. Ive been out of the Cobalt world for a few years now, at the time he was in talks to sell the hood design to big name company. Not sure if it ever happened. The pic in in the OPs post is from 2006

 

Interesting...so it's a one-off...oh well.
