I was thinking about getting SS mudflaps from Chevy if they have them out...but I havent seen in any picture of the SS/SC having mudflaps...or the red one at the pittsburgh car show either...will you guys get flaps put on or not??

 

Good question. Most likely I added them to my Grand Am and they helped a lot in keeping it clean.

 

the regular cobalts have the front mud flaps built in, but the SS has ground effects, so they don't put them on... will regular flaps fit? we won't know until we actually see one...

Plastic body coloured mud flaps? I think they look alright on some cars.

 

I wouldn't call the molded in ones mudflaps but dirt deflectors.

ive been wanting some mudflaps for my sssc.. i go snowboarding so it would definately help out my car frm the mud slush on my black paint. all4's!

IMO, those dont look bad, and on a darker car, blend right in. Provide just a hair more defense against grime.

 

My wife's Nissan has the molded ones factory on her car and they don't look bad for her application (Point A to Point B)

Just depends on what your preference is. Nothing a good wash / clay bar won't fix once a month =)

Rally armor mudflaps most people don't like them but I do

i have mudflaps on my car... Its funny that some people say mudflaps ruin cars, yet All new c6 z06s including the zr1 come with them stock. My bf went and looked at a 2011 C6Z06 white with the carbon fiber package and it had front and rear mudflaps

 

I like the look of rally armors too, just not sure how much on the SS, look awesome on WRX n STIs, just think they look to rally car for the cobalt

 

Which rally armor mud flaps are these? also was the instalation easy and how much did they cost you? thanks 2005 cobalt ss rally yellow
