No No No No, go down to your insurance, tell them what happened. Depending on who you have they might file it aginst the other company FOR you. She is not paying, its her insurance. If you dont report this then yuo are enabling her to go out and wreck some more, then you are at fault. It is her fault so make her pay.

P.s. about her brothers, wait up at night with a gun if you have to. But that bitch owes you $900 and I sure as hell would not allow anyone to intimidate me into biting the bullit on something not my fault.

Well, some people at school (her brother, etc) would probably end up doing more damage to my car if I made her pay.. It's better off sometimes to be nonabrasive. I don't want to pay of it, but that's just how it's gonna be.
dude...what is WRONG with you? she owes you almost a grand! call your insurance now man... if her brother touches her car, **** with his...but i guarantee he wont **** with your car...i GUARANTEE IT!

Its because deep down in side every one thinks they are the best driver no matter what you say to help them.

Don't be a puss and make her pay for it. If you're worried they will **** with your car, then park somewhere else than where you normally park for about a week. That next monday they will be over it and have completely forgotten it.

Well, I'm going to insurance now anyway. Got a god damned letter in the mail today from her 'economy' insurance company. She's claiming she was parked and I backed in to her. AAAAARRRGH. She also claimed that the police were called. Wrong. We went to the police. She's also claiming $3000 for hers.

I'm so sick of this...

ahah, dude. Your going to get SOO FUCKED if she is claiming its not her fault. Did anyone witness it? If its at school then their must be tons of people who saw it.

Yeah, I had two people in my car at the time. They've already said they'll help me out if something's up. My dad is going to her insurance company tomorrow to figure this out... I can't since I'm at work. My car also goes in tomorrow to get fixed. It'll be under a grand to fix, thanks to a few strings pulled.

From the pics you gave, the direction of the scrape is making her story a little shaky. Lying about the police is really not going to look good either. If your car is vandalized, at least you'll have a suspect and motive for the police to investigate, hehe.

keep and show all of the pictures... and collect as many witnesses as possible...

you really should of got all of her info and went to her insurance company.. plain and simple.. she was in the wrong, and by not nailing her on it you are just encouraging her behavior, and if she really has this many accidents she will do this again..

I have all her info. It's in the police report. My dad is going to her insurance today to see what he can do... the claim she made is incorrect.

WHENEVER you get in an accident you need to:

1. Check for injuries to anyone
2. Call the police
3. Take pictures
4. Get all her insurance info
5. Get a police report/accident number
6. Call your insurance company asap and give them all the info

That's what I've done in both my accidents and everything went great for me since neither were my fault.

Shibito, I did all but #6. We went to the police instead of calling them, but there's pictures, and the police report is on file at the RCMP and at home here. Went and saw the insurance today and I think it went well. I can still settle out of insurance and my insurance guy noticed how demanding the letter was from her insurance broker. He's looking into that one. :P

Thanks! Things are going pretty good so far. Except the fact that the 2002 Pontiac Grand Am I'm driving in the mean time locks itself after 10 minutes with the doors closed and key off. Had to call AMA and get a towtruck out to let me into the car again. :P Lesson: Don't leave your key in the ignition.

Suprisingly, I didn't get into any accidents until AFTER high school.
